At the bottom of the page, add your certificate code. If you have more than one, separate each code with a comma.

 

Please ensure you use your certificate code correctly at check out. If there is a discrepancy with the unique code – the associate will be contacted by the Appreciation Station administrators and order fulfillment may be delayed.
